Customer Success at Butter

Are you customer-obsessed? Looking to make an impact at an early-stage startup in a pivotal stage of development? Butter is building a best in class customer success team and we’re looking for dynamic individuals to join us! As an early member of the CS team, you’ll be Butter’s eyes and ears on the ground, helping shape product direction and customer strategy by serving as a trusted advisor to our clients and gathering feedback.

Customer success handles post-onboarding customer relationships, including onboarding, ongoing account management, churn mitigation, renewals, and upsells. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record. You will also work cooperatively to improve the client experience, retain existing customers, and gather critical feedback to improve our product. You’ll help define and improve our voice of customer and effect positive change for our food supplier customers. In this role, you will work strategically with our customer base to understand their objectives and help them achieve the best possible results using the Butter platform. This role will also be cross-functional in nature, working alongside and connecting Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product, enabling you to experience multiple aspects of a hyper-growth company from within.
